Where Bad Business is Exposed!
I scheduled a ride from my house to the airport 2 weeks in advance. A couple minutes AFTER they were supposed to arrive, Uber canceled my ride permanently. It was a Sunday morning and the 15 cab companies I called were already booked. So, I had to park my car at the Cherry Capital Airport in the long-term lot – to the tune of $418 total. Not cool.
At approx 9.15am Saturday April 30 I saw my driver pull up on the opposite side to me in front of Prahran Market. He was in a dark blue Toyota Camry and the last 3 digits of his number plate were 7DD. I waved to him hoping he would make a UTurn as I am in my 70’s and had a heavy Jeep with me having shopped at Woolworths. He waved back and took off. The next thing I saw was a different car was on its way to me and I had to wait (in the cold) for another 4 minutes! There was no oncoming traffic and the Toyota could have easily turned the car around and picked me up on the other side of the road. I just think he was being very lazy !! Track him down and let him know that I was very disappointed and that he should have picked me up. I am a regular user of Uber and usually very happy but I wasnt today
i would like to complain against your driver of your company .Yesterday evening at 8.15 pm i was trying to book uber auto after so many attempts i find a driver but that after some time he cancelled the ride and this was repeated again and again and finally no driver was accepting it request you to make a note on their behavior thanks
