OKX, formerly known as OKEx, is one of the largest crypto spot and derivatives trading exchanges. I have been buying different coins in dips with my life savings, I have enabled 2FA, Google authenticator, Mobile verification, just to make sure my investment is secure, however, yesterday I got the notification that someone has withdrawn $600USD from my account (These are not just $600, these are after losses in buying spot so actual amount will be more than $1000usd).
How can someone enter into the account and withdraw without my permission, I have not clicked on any link or message.
I launched the request with Okex, however, they said they cannot do anything.
