Where Bad Business is Exposed!
My family stopped at McDonald’s on 4182022 where we all placed our order on the kiosk my wife didn’t know what each of us ordered so the lady Sera or Cera handed us 2 cups my son had ordered a smoothie but we were given 2 cups my son tried to say he ordered a smoothie but was ignored so he took his cup and put a small amount of water not any sodas or other beverages water then the lady that works there yelled about why would we take 2 cups when when only order one and a smoothie she was the one with the order and handed out the cups. Then she demanded that we pay for the water cup my wife said no she had the order in front of her so she should have known how many cups to give out. Then the lady demands my son pour out the water and bring her the cup. Her actions were totally unprofessional and completely lacked customer service skills of any kind. And she made my wife and son extremely embarrassed by her actions. I’m not sure what should be done but the lady made the situation extremely embarrassing like we were trying to steal a cup of water. Something needs to be done you shouldn’t have to get embarrassed by an employee for their own mistake. It’s simply not a good way to act In a customer service industry.
On 2442022 i ordered at 18.31 pm a meal through uber eats . The meal order was received by Mc Donalds at 18.31pm and the uber driver waited in car park for this order for 45 minutes to which he said it was cold when given to him . I have contacted Uber eats to which their response was the order took mcds 45mins to bring order to car .. when it arrived with me at 19.24 it was obviously cold and inedible.The issue Uber eats says lies with the restaurant.
At 11:45pm on May 2nd, 2022 I was attempting to pick up a delivery and was almost hit by a car while standing in the driveway of this McDonald’s location where staff instructed me to pick up my order. I feel this process of standing in the driveway while deliveries are being prepared and or picking them up for that matter, is unsafe and felt I should express this concern to the manager, especially that I was almost hit by a car. When asked to speak with the manager, I was told to shut the **** up and just wait for the stupid delivery. I was treated by staff poorly and little did I know I was speaking to the manager the whole time, she refused to identify herself by named or title. With this type attitude, this nasty person should not be supervising other individuals. I have never been treated so poorly in a restaurant. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN….
The restaurant on page Avenue in Staten Island New York is scheduled to close at 1 AM on Friday nights. However the manager closes the store at various times before 1 AM and you never know until you get there whether the restaurant is going to be open or not. Tonight I asked the manager why they are closed and she told me that every one of her employees is on break so she hast to close. It was 11 PM less than two hours before closing time and she’s telling me that all the employees are on break and cannot make fo it was 11 PM less than two hours before closing time and she’s telling me that all the employees are on break and cannot make food for me right now. I could see the staff inside sitting there apparently taking breaks while I was told to come back in 45 minutes. I went to the Wendy’s that was a block away . You should know that this isn’t a one time thing this McDonald’s location does this all the time especially on Friday nights. I work in a business that shortstaffed as well and our managers are perfectly capable of giving their employees breaks so that they don’t have to close the business down I don’t understand what is going on at this store location. I’m not asking for a whole lot I’m simply asking to be served food during your scheduled business hours while your staff is in there looking at me I don’t think that’s too much to be asked
