Disappointed my case has going on for at least 10years. June 29th of 2020 i was notified there was a offer i counteroffered it was accepted and om July 7th, i accepted and with that acceptance Ashley had said i will get papers in mail sign and send back. i asked how long for all this to go through till i see a check. Ashley informed me 4-6 weeks. middle of august i called asked about it i was told two more weeks. A few days after that call Stephanie called asked what my address was????? She haad old address and i didn’t understand why since i’ve been at new place 4 years and i have received mail from them. Stephanie then emailed me the forms i signed and sent back made sure she received them sh said about two more weeks. It is now October 16Th 2020. mo check no explanation no call back????
This is me personal review on my experience with this law firm. I was a client of another law firm and was told that this law firm would be able to get me more and for the record they work together, so I agreed to work with Kline/Specter worst mistake of my life. From the beginning I was told that my case was heading to trial and I let them know that I would not take a settlement!! As they were preparing me for trial or at least that is what was portrayed to me than out of the blue a received a call from the attorney handling the case telling me that an offer was on the table and that I should take it, I was confused what is going on, I was told there were problems with my case (all of a sudden) and I would come to find out what I was told were lies, I did my own investigation. The so called “problems” were nothing more than lies to get me to sign. So if anyone is looking for a personal injury lawyer do your homework, make sure you know everything up front, get everything in writing, and have witnesses. Don’t believe what this firm says without taking your time and make sure you know what your getting yourself into!! This is one of the worst mistakes I have made by going with this law firm and now I am fighting for my life while dealing with multiple health issues, but they don’t care! In my opinion Kline/Specter is nothing more than a bunch of ambulance chasers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Worst law firm out there. They spend big bucks on tv ads but don’t want a case unless it’s a slam dunk- don’t have to work for it case. Easy money only! RUDE intake person as well.
