  1. I entered all my info in the online software and then it went to the tax pro HR sent me to. Somehow all the info I entered in software did not come out on tax form. First one she sent me for review had -0- income so of course I owed no taxes. I sent a detailed description of all the mistakes on the tax form…there was 6 blatant errors. The Tax Pro (and I use that word loosely) sent me a revised tax form. There were still errors and so I sent it back for correction and asked a question. That was 9 days ago. Tax deadline came and went without her responding to me so I had to file an extension that the software spit out. Again showing I owed nothing which I know to be incorrect and still I get crickets from the supposed tax pro. Fire the tax pro! I used to do taxes and I know more than she. Refund my money as they did not provide the service I paid for ie a tax return with a tax pro providing quality service.

  2. Early April I made a reservation for April 11th to have my taxes filed. Two days before my appointment, I received a call from HR Block. The woman on the phone said they were too busy to do my taxes. They must reschedule my appointment for April 18th to file an extension. An extension?…I asked….The woman said, yes we will file an extension for you and file your taxes at a later date……but wont the government charge me a penalty for filing late?……No, just pay $99 up front to file the extension, then when we file your taxes we will subtract the $99 from our bill, it won’t cost you extra. At my HR Block April 18th appointment I was informed that if you owe money for taxes, the government will charge 5% of what you owe for filing late……Well, I owe money for taxes and I will be charged a large late fee.
