I have order for Samsung smart LED with order I’d OD[Protected]and 22nd April 2022 was estimated delivery and installation date. When parcel not delivered I’ve called to customer care and the reply was that parcel will deliver till 25 April but till today parcel not shipped.
When I call customer support again she says delivery can made till 28th April 2022 there was a logistics issue. This is not acceptable any how, they are giving date only instead of parcel delivery. If that would be a medicine or anything life saving, then they still do this delay.
When I asked to talk with senior, she says she will transfer my call to seniors, but she disconnected my call. I am very upset. Please help. Here is the link for track parcel.
