My Facebook and Instagram account was disabled for no ******* reason. I truly need that account back as I have a lot of old pictures and memories that I don’t wanna lose in it. Despite launching an appeal all they say it due to the pandemic we don’t have enough employees to check through your review, like aren’t they a multi billion dollar company? Can’t they just hire people?
Someone hacked my account back in February 2022. They have used my name, picture, and sent friend requests to the same friends I already have. They came up with some story about having COVID and been in the hospital for 2 weeks and forgotten their password and set up a new profile.
The imposter also starting harassing people for money. This is very embarrassing.
Facebook has done nothing to remedy the problem which I have reported several times. All I get is a form letter saying the imposter’s profile does not violate community standards.

Yolanda Orffer and I have numerous times ed that her Facebook account was hacked.We have received messages back from Facebook Support that Facebook has decided not to take the Profile down. However,we feel that we need to bring this under your attention in writing ,as your Automatic Assistance in reporting the hacked account is lacking SUPPORT .
The Account’s name has now changed to MD Anayet Ullah ,but the Personalized Profile link is still https:www.facebook.comyolanda.orffer .
The photos of Myself,Yolanda and especially my CHILDREN are still being used by the Hacker and I feel that this must surely be going against your YOUR GUIDELINES ,as this person is making use of a Profile,Images and information that doesn’t belong to himher.
What frustrates me the most is that we are seen to be liars and we were not asked to provide proof, my CHILDRENS photos are used by a FAKE Individual and this Hacked account was also used to try and solicit money from my Wife’s Friends and Family members through your Messenger app.
My Wife was forced to open another Profile ,as all efforts to log on to her profile were unsuccessful.

These are fack names for everyone in my family They are writing in the wrong way and uploading the wrong pictures so my family has gone so far as to commit suicide,So I have attached their Facebook names as well,So I humbly ask you to help me find a solution to this immediately.
