  1. Well went to Eustis Burger Kin, 16038 US-441, Eustis, FL 32726. They are supposed to be open until 12am, but they close at 10:45pm..ALL of the workers sat outside smoking telling customers there closed and that we need to eat somewhere else and stop coming here!! (I did emailed a complaint for that day) and then today they mistakenly charged me and my friend for some else order, we called about it and was was promised a full refund but we said we only want to get back the difference cause we want to pay for our meals. We went up there and they refused to help us even tho we spoke to manger Bailey on the phone and In person and SCREAMED at our faces that we are just wanting to money from them and etc. And made my pregnant friend cry and run out! It was only a few dollars, and we are still wanting to paying for our meals we just wanted the difference back! Absouslty disgusting people.

  2. I visited the Burger King on HW 99 and 78th street in Vancouver, Washington tonight. I paid with a credit card was handed my cups and went to fill them. I realized I hadn’t received my credit card back so I went back to the cashier and I asked for it he Was immediately defensive saying he doesn’t have my card. Didn’t attempt to look for it. I then spoke with the manager on shift and asked her to check the cameras, she stated they had none when I could clearly see a camera on the ceiling pointed at the register. she asked if I had been anywhere and where I was sitting or if I had left the building. I explained to her that I hadn’t sat down yet and had just ordered she didn’t look for the card either. I had to put a lock on my card and will have to wait several weeks for a new one. none of the staff cared or even attempted to look for my card. well then I sat already angry for 20minutes waiting on my food I know the drive threw was packed and the staff were clearly untrained so i just let that slide but when i heard called when my number was still not ready i got very upset and asked about my order 7 minutes later i was served my food i got in the car and drove home, about 2 minutes away mine and my sons burgers as well as french fries were completely cold the fries seem to have been cooked over an hour ago. the burger was good other then being ice cold but the fries were just unacceptable. I attempted to call the business they hung up on me. this is just unacceptable

  3. There customer service representative are rude,can’t read,can’t handle a problem and refuse to assist you. Requested a supervisor to handle a problem and REFUSED to connect me with anyone. This problem has been going on for a long time and they are stealing money from a disabled person who has money on a gift card and they laugh about it

  4. I live near Adrian, Michigan and today visited the south Main St location. Myself and another car were waiting in drive-thru for several minutes with no response from anyone. The car in front of me went to prefer inside. I waited for another 5 minutes with still no response. Upon going inside, I asked if there was a problem with drive-thru and I got a very rude response from the girl working the window! The girl working the counter walked away and no one asked if I wanted to order! Very rude! It’s all about customer service!! I will no longer frequent Burger King! Prices and food quality are terrible and the employees are awful! The only time I’ve gotten good service at that location is early in the morning!

  6. I went to the Burger King at 1616 Larkin Ave. Crest Hill, IL. at 5:00 pm, Sunday 10/20/19 and had the most awful experience like never before in a fast food restaurant (Texas Whopper meal). The Cashier went hysterical because I asked why my order is taking over a half hour and nobody in line before me (place was empty with only 3 girls at a table eating). She started shouting, yelling that “there are only four people working” which is actually plenty for a slow location and no excuse. The staff was remarkably incompetent, no manager to intervene, just a crazy angry cashier! When I said I will file a complaint, she started shouting and spelling out her name as if she wanted to be fired (see video if you have it). A few people were in line afterwards and she continued a scene, that she has to take care of them first and then ignored me. She could have paused quickly and checked on my order (simple common sense). When I finally got my meal and ate it, the same customers were still standing, waiting, frustrated (so I’m not the only victim). While leaving I reminded her again and she started shouting over me and threatened “she is going to call the Police for harassment!” I told her to go ahead, I have witnesses (please review your video)! Where was the manager? Where is employee restraint? This is no way to treat customers! Burger King’s staff was completely at fault and the cashier unhinged! She should be terminated! I will never eat at Burger King again; the other customers probably won’t either. This is bad for the store location and image. I will share my experience on social media and notify the BBB as disciplinary action must be taken. This should never happen that a hostile unvetted person be allowed to work at the front register

  7. The meatless Whopper is very, very good. I always knew fast food chains could make a healthier burger. I don’t eat at fast food places often but this made me feel a little better about eating one.

  8. This complaint is for Burger King branch located at (8939 Astronaut Blvd, Cape Canaveral, FL 32920). Today on August 11, I stopped at the drive thru for a while. The menu sign was badly lit, no digital signal light on near the speaker, and after waiting a short while no one spoke on the speaker or even to alert me to wait as courtesy. So I drove to the window and there was only one car on the full driveway. Not busy at all.! I asked the agent on the window to buy an ice cream. The agent, who turned to be the manager, told me to drive all the way round to make an order, not on the window. He also gave my an attitude when I mentioned I was waiting at the speaker but no one talked to me! So I refused and did not like the disrespectful attitude and did not order. I know BG do not care, but other professional managers would simply take my one item order and ask to wait to the side. This BG branch manager is allowing customers to avoid BG. I am sure he does not care to display professional customer service because of lack of training or just that this is his way of treating customers.

  9. On April 16, 2922 at about 4pm, I drove to drive up window. I waited patiently for several minutes. As I continued waiting expecting someone to at least suggest I hold on for a minute until they’re ready. However, no one ever showed up acknowledged drive through. So I drove up to first window after drive up menu. It was empty. No one was there. So I drove up to final window to see what the problem was. Several workers peered through closed window at me as they came went. Not one acknowledged my presence as I tried to get there attention for service. I had to reach out my car window to get some one to approach. Finally, a young lady came over. I asked if anyone was working drive thru. She said, she just came on duty. She didn’t know. Another walked up behind her and said, the guy was washing dishes was supposed to be doing drive up window. No one bothered to even ask about taking my order while the window guy washed dishes. At that point I didn’t ask either. I wouldn’t have trusted any food coming out if this restaurant for, the service was rotten the place looked like it probably would NOT have passed inspection from the Health Department anyway. I did not request manager because I was enroute traveling out of town. didn’t trust anyone there to prepare my food at this point. I drove off took my money elsewhere.

    Better staff training.
    Aquire appropriate staff members
    Keep restuarant visible clean sanitized
    Keep manager on staff to over see potential issues with customer

  10. Took my son to the Burger King Builth Wells. Ordered two meals. Crispy chicken meal and double bacon cheese burger. I requested drinks with no ice. I took one look at the double bacon cheese burger and asked for a refund. Meal was the smallest ugliest looking prepared burger I have ever seen. Bacon looked like it had been microwaved. Chips in the bottom of the bag with a napkin over them. Drink was not filled to the top of the cup, in fact the juice line was well below the 0.4l line. I would get it if the place was busy. It was not. I let my son keep his sad chicken burger as he was hungry. Get a grip and stop fleecing it’s customers.

  11. Stopped there last night at 10:00PM. Ordered one Double Whopper wcheese, two Cheeseburgers and three medium Onion Rings. I’ve had bad food before, but nothing like this. The Onion Rings were rock hard (enough to break a tooth). There is absolutely no way they were freshly made unless they were cooked three times as long as they were supposed to be? But I still believe they were old…VERY old. I’m even wondering if they were made that day. If You left your OR’s out for a couple of days I’m sure that is how they would appear. It was without a doubt a horrific experience, destroyed our dinner since we were minus the OR’s we expected to have as part of our dinner. We were actually kind of shaken by the fact that could happen the way it did. For us, there is no resolution. They are no longer on our list of options while we have enjoyed BK for many years. But as of late (the last few years) we’ve noticed them to be the slowest drive through of any. Last night I waited a half hour. They cannot resolve our problem as we can never trust them again. So our problem is solved.

  13. At 5:15pm, Friday night (04-21-2022) I pulled into the drive-thru. I had my Family Bundle Coupon ready. The teller said, “Oh, there’ll be a wait. We’re not set up for those yet.” I asked if the wait would be long. She cut me off and asked if any special orders. I said, “Yes, I’d like caramel onions on all six burgers.” She responded, “you know there’s a charge on cheeseburgers because they don’t come with onions.” I said, “Of course!” She took my quick reply as rudeness and accused me of being a hostile customer. I tried to reason with her but she started yelling over me that she doesn’t have to serve hostile guests. I asked to speak with her manager and she clapped back, “I AM THE MANAGER – REMOVE YOURSELF FROM MY DRIVE-THRU. I was utterly shocked. I was a bi-weekly customer and as I drove off I told her I’d never visit that store again even though it’s mere blocks from my home. I was forced to drive to another BK 7 miles away. The food was better, it was hot, fresh, and served exactly as my family wanted. I’d like to know why a BK isn’t ready with Whoppers and Cheeseburgers at 5:15pm on a Friday during rush hour. There were no other customers either. The other store had a line and all was well. I’d like an apology from corporate, from the manager last night and a complimentary Family Bundle prepared (as I watch from inside at the counter) to ensure it’s fresh, hot and NOT tampered with. I’m done with BK until this matter is resolved. Wendy’s will get all my family’s business in the meantime.

  14. The Burger King in El Mirage Arizona on Dysart is absolute ****. Well maybe not the restaurant itself but this one individual that I’m assuming was a manager, Gina was not only rude and unpleasant but was very unprofessional. She don’t belong in that position. Who the **** hired her! I placed my order and of course it is always smart to always repeat your order back to you. But don’t repeat it back to you like your in an auction. Well it turned out that she didn’t catch the cheese burger so when I got up to the front I asked the cashier to repeat the order. When I told her that she didn’t get the cheese burger Gina comes up and states that we can not place any orders at the windows due to traffic. I told her it wasn’t my fault they didn’t catch it when I ordered it the first time and it doesn’t help when you repeat the order so fast. She kept insinuating that I never said a cheese burger and that the cooks didn’t hear it either. I was adamant about that I did but she kept insisting that I did not. And she wouldn’t allow me to order it at the window. I told her what was I going to do without a cheese burger for my son. She kept going on that I didn’t order it. I asked her if she thought I was dumb and she said she never said that and that I said it not her. I told her that she was implying it. She finally charged me for the burger. She gave it to me and said that she was giving me the cheese burger that belong to the car behind me. I asked her if that was really necessary for her to say that. I’m a paying customer I payed for that burger. What the **** is her problem! I’ve worked in retail before and believe me I know the in’s and out’s of customer service. I also know that a person that age working for a fast food restaurant with that attitude is probably uneducated and don’t belong there. I am not against people of age working there its honest work but I am against people who do not know how to treat customers with respect and empathy. Train them right!
