Rakuten — Your worst nightmare

I have been a loyal customer of Rakuten. Recently, my account got locked so I contacted Rakuten for further explanation. They stated that my account was on hold because they had trouble verifying the orders I made. There were a total of 5 orders that they needed additional documents from me. I provided them with everything I could find. In the end, they said, “Due to the number of ineligible orders in your account, our risk department has ended your membership in our program”. This doesn’t make sense because all of the orders I made were done the right way. Some of the orders were canceled because I did not want them anymore. Some of the orders were canceled by the merchant because of their unavailability. and some of the orders were actually shipped! but Rakuten said they had troubles verifying them?! I immediately replied to Rakuten’s email on June 27th but they stopped working with me to resolve this issue.
