My family and I woke up by this high pitched noise that one can hear throughout the entire room. I booked the family room and was unable to close the bathroom door, we had to shower without closing the bathroom door, without any king of privacy. Furthermore, dur to high temperatures and the air conditioning set to 19C we opened the window which caused us hear all the people at the bus stop. Overall disturbing, I did file a verbal complained at the hotel reception desk with Mathea attempt to fix the issue
