He approaches you with an attractive contract, and a 10-year warranty to make you believe he knows what he is doing! You fall for it, sign the deal, and then release the first payment. He shows up the first two times, and you never see him again. He then starts building castles in the air, never meets deadlines, and always has a story to tell. He keeps drawing you in till you realize you are 60% gone with payment when you can for an update, he threatens to cancel the contract. He keeps going in circles, and never completes the job. He doesn’t honor his contract.
