Bought HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 4625 from a printer point, which didn’t work even once. So-called up Printer point (Rajesh) would say very unethical, unprofessional, Ruthless response from them (From his side he cannot do anything. Go check with HP for warranty) So-called up HP guys but HP says printer serial number was sold 10 years. Hence they could not trace the serial number in the warranty and cannot have any warranty. HP does not recognize the invoice date given by the Printer point (which was shared). This business is a fraud and not helping in any way to replace it or get if fixed. Stay away from ONLINE FRAUDSTER PRINTER POINT.
