I booked an express deal hotel, however while processing my payment the app suddenly said “oops something happened” and I had to refresh the page. Upon refreshing it it said the room was gone. So I booked another room. The money still came out for the original booking but I was never sent any details or ation for the first booking. When I noticed I had been charged twice I called customer service and was told by 4 different people that I could not be issued a refund. Even though it was an error on their end. Even if I look at my trips the first booking doesn’t show. I never received any room details or ation for this hotel. And I refuse to just give them 400$ for nothing. Refund my money.
