Made a reservation on or about 110322 for a car rental 120322 for $429.37 at pickup. Got too airport the CAR Was Not There. I was not Offered a FREE up Grade, but was Told if I wanted a Car it would cost $20.00 extra a day, Had No Choice but to take. Now the Total Cost with ALL TAXES and AIRPORT FEES, the Cost $528.22. I was Late Returning the Car By 6 or 7 hours of the Same Day return. The AIRPORT MANAGER Told me because I was LATE Bring the Car Back, HE Charged me the SAME Taxes and Airport Fees Again, SO I Payed TAXES TWICE on the Same Car and the Finial Total, $684.98. I Contacted Priceline in 3 Different ways, Haven’t Heard Back Yet, Why? Priceline QUOTED $429.37, BUDGET Said, $528.22 and the AIRPORT $684.98. WHICH PRICE IS RIGHT ? Priceline ? Return The Over charges. Stand Behind YOUR QUOTES. GET a Clear Understanding with those Businesses Your in Partnership with. YOUR NAME IS YOUR WORD. Otherwise it is Just Another MAYBE I DON’T NEED MAYBE WHEN PLANNING I NEED TRUTH, I KEPT MY END BUDGET DIDNT, I WASN’T OFFERED A FAIR RESOLUTION I GOT MORE MONEY NEEDED.
