Priceline — Failure to provide alternative flights

Virgin Australia cancelled our flights in March 2020 which were booked through Priceline. Despite over 60 hours of telephone call time with Priceline in which we gave numerous flight options, we still do not have replacement flights. Priceline took so long between each flight request that every time they came back with a response to out request, the flight was no longer available. Priceline have told us the credits will expire in March 2022 yet their booking system makes it impossible to actually use the credit. Either they are incapable of communicating effectively and with Virgin on our behalf, or these stalling tactics are a deliberate attempt to permanently deprive us of the service which we’ve paid for, but still keep our money.
