On December 20, 2021 pretty litter charged my check card $196.05 for a 3 month supply of cat litter. I noticed the charge as pending on my account on December 17, 2021 and immediately emailed their customer service to tell them I did not authorize this order. After several emails explaining to them that I did not authorize this order and explaining to them that I canceled my subscription months ago only to find that pretty litter reactivated my account without my consent I am reaching out to you for help. I just want my money refunded for a product that I did not order. I want them to supply me with a shipping label and I’ll send the product back.
