Premier Trust Store — Never got my boots

I ordered shoes from this company on 1 24 22. they took money from my card. and I never got my boots. today date 2 7 22. I never get a answer of why. sent many emails to premier and got only will get back. tried to call the shoe store at 7602096631 not in service. did get a few from premier trust. nothing…so do not do business with Company Moc. cinsin store.

  1. I ordered boots from Casual Comfort Sandals as a Christmas gift for my granddaughter. They didn’t fit…they were ridiculously too small! I’ve sent email after email after email trying to get information about returning and getting a refund. They have never responded. NEVER order from this company! The company that supposedly takes care of correspondence is Premier Trust Store.

    Tried to return items but could never get a response back.
    DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING THROUGH PREMIER TRUST STORE!!!

  3. I placed an order with Premier Trust Store aka Cozy Knit Sets on 7/12/23, have not received, will not respond to emails info@cozyknitsets.com, phone calls go straight to VM 716-503-1480. Took my money, and have blocked all comments on social media. I tried to file a complaint with BBB but can’t find a company address. SCAMMERS

  5. I have ordered from this company; I am going on 3 months. I have reached them through email and they respond with just more questions and delays.

  6. Can’t get ahold of them. Sent a response via the email they sent me, the respose I got back was not even pertaining to what I had sent them. So I figure it’s a robot response set up. For everyone here you should contact your bank or CC Company and have them reverse the charges. I did. To many scams everywhere.

  8. I ordered nike slippers and never received them. Ive sent emails, requested tracking several times, never respond this company needs to be prosecuted. Just a bogus LONG email to say alot of bogus BS promises never kept. SCAM $48 down the drain, had to replace my card and everything.

  9. Ordered and received a Tinkerbell Hooded Sweatshirt zipper jacket. I ordered an XL received a 2XL and now no one is getting back to me with return and exchange options. Had no problem taking my money. I am beyond aggravated. I wish I would have read all the negative experiences that are posted on this page before I ordered.

    1. Wish I had seen these reviews! I order a paint by number. I have email numerous request for an update.
      I hope this company can sleep at nignt knowing they take your money and don’t deliver😡😡😡

  10. TERRIBLE products/terrible customer service.
    They set me a pajama with a defective zipper. I sent them a photo , asking fro a refund, and return mailing slip.
    Here is the reply:

    They sent garbage and want me to consider giving it as gift? 20% refund? Courtesy discount of 10% on next purchase??!!

  11. This “store” is a rip-off that I fell for, so don’t YOU. Made me pay for shipping back to China when they sent me the wrong parts that I ordered!!!

  12. Ordered size 12 clogs. what i got after a month and a half was something that had size 43 on the bottom and my foot stuck out the back 3/4 inch. Very hard to reach. I was told the US equivalent should be a size 45 and was lied to about replacements is be shipped a couple times. then after a couple follow ups, I get an email that one that I got is the right size and that feet expand in warmer weather, The email said they do not do replacements but do give a 10% on my next order.
