Preferentiall.com — Scam

Their website Preferentiall.com claims to have high quality wig and hair extensions; however, what I received in the mail (over 3 months later!) was comparable to a wig you would get with a cheap Halloween costume. I am a cancer patient and was looking to purchase a wig that I could style with heat and would look somewhat natural, so I was highly disappointed with what was sent to me. I e-mailed the company requesting a refund – They were rude and not helpful whatsoever. They said they would only give me $20 (I paid $60) refund OR I could send back the wigs, pay international shipping costs (which I was unaware that it was coming from China as their website does not mention this AND the return address on my package was within the U.S.), then wait for their review/approval to receive either a partial or full refund. I didn’t think that was acceptable, so since I purchased using Paypal, I filed a dispute claim through Paypal. After going back and forth a couple times with them, the best I could get back was $25 and keep the product (as if it’s even worth keeping)…. I am VERY upset, HIGHLY dissatisfied, and want to spread the word so that nobody else falls for their FRAUDULENT SCAM!
