I ordered the bracelet on 2/28/19 My credit card was charged I have not received the item … I have been in contact with a sales rep for the company but she keeps saying it is shipped on its way…. she can not give me it it any tracking number. When I threatened to put a complaint on this website then Anna answered my email saying the company is very busy and my item will be shipped That was weeks ago This company has many many complaints… I would like a full refund If I am not going to get the item I paid for. How can this company just ignore all these complaints and still stay in business… Isn’t there something your company can do?? Thank You much
