I spent a total of 45 minutes waiting in the drive thru and there were only two cars in front of me! When I finally got my sandwich it was 90% crispy coating and hardly any chicken at all. Terrible sandwich and even worse customer service. At the very least, I should be given a coupon for a real sandwich. If I could ask for my 45 minutes back I would.
