Pop In a Box — Excuse after Excuse

I ordered a item from them as a Christmas present at the beginning of December and was assured it would be here by Christmas. I then contacted them now 3 times starting February 1st since I have not received the item. They tell me their supplier is conveniently out of stock and they can’t tell me when they will have it again. I have asked them to compensate me for this inconvenience and they have not addressed that. I ask then how they are going to fix this issue and they give me excuses as to why it’s an issue but not how they will fix it.
