At approx.2130 on 10-22-21 stopped in to order a meal was standing at counter for over 5 minutes , asked if lobby open.a male went and looked up at sign and said yea ,did not hear much after that but only worked 4 days so over look this.Asked to se manager when finely a female came in and i had to ask if she was manager was told yes, told he and was told have 2 new and she was only 1 to take orders and drive through was backed up so no orders until caught up.I will never stop again and i go by 10 times a week. get better managers and aknolage cust. when they come in , not over 5 min . later.
