I went in seeking help with some items. Was calmly talking and trying to figure out my problem. I had just gotten a new card and a transaction had come out that i did not recognize. Upon telling my issue to my teller Steve, another teller Sherry came to assist him or better yet tell me that it was probably my own doing and to check with my Amazon account for the dispute before disputing a charge. I had not yet put my new card information into Amazon, so i didnt understand how or why the transaction occurred. She got real snippy and kept coming back to my conversation with Steve, telling me it automatically updates in the system. Upon checking my Amazon account i saw it was made but my account was asking for the new expiration date. I asked why it went through when it had old information and why it didnt come back as a failed transaction. She walked away and made comments on her way back to the window she was working. After my issue was resolved by Steve, and i was sitting in the waiting area she proceeded to go and talk to Pam Burgess telling her about my issue and while i was sitting with Pam i Overheard her talking about me and my issue. Making her comments and putting her two cents in. Tell Sherry to be a bit more aware of the way she talks to people. She seemed to have an attitude like she knew everything. Was very dismissive of me when i tried to talk. I personally have never had issues with PNC before but the way i was treated was disrespectful. If Steve would have called her over for not being able to resolve my problem that would have been one thing but she butted in and was RUDE while doing so. She made me not want to go into this branch again if she is working because im sure she will give attitude again. Making me want to switch banks entirely due to the situation that accured.
