My sons PlayStation 4 was working fine until one day the disk drive failed. We took it to someone to be worked on and was told we should just replace the PlayStation, it’s not feasible to repair. But in the mean time he could play digital games. Then there was a software update and when he went to update it. It would not let him. It would constantly say an error has occurred and for the past 3 weeks now something has been wrong with it. We would like to see it be worked on or replaced!
