Ditto. I could have written that post. My amount stolen was $1711.59. I was told by the rep and customer service there was no early termination fee after they held our money for 8 days and did not notify us because of a large transaction. You must have talked to the Risk dept as well where the manager was conveniently in meetings for days while they collect interest on that money they held. Meanwhile, your checks bounce because no money is being deposited into your account. The bank will refund your money but you have limited time. They have a form to fill out. Just mention Regulation E. It is all-consuming and they are unethical monsters. There is a LAWSUIT. Please see BUSINESSANDELECTIONLAW.COM and select BLOG. It’s a start. Also, write to your state’s Attorney General. and the Department of Justice. Also, file a complaint to Delaware Attorney General which is where they are Incorporated.
