Peter Corbiere, is a former senior manager at Business Development Bank of Canada (BDC), is a scam artist and fraudster based in the Niagara Ontario region. His modus operandi is to promise to secure debt and equity financing for businesses if they put him under retainer. But as soon as the retainer is paid, Peter gets consumed by personal issues (usually his wife is on her death bed) and neither the financing or retainer is every seen again.
