I received an email from this company guaranteeing approval for as much as $99,000. They charge an uppfront fee for their efforts in finding you a lender. The amount of the fee is dependent on how much you want to borrow. I needed $15,000 so my fee was $175. They want it paid with certified funds for a one day turnaround. A regular check is two weeks. I immediately sent in my contact and fee never being certain this was legit. Today I received a list of 21 lenders. The list included payday lenders, credit card companies, lenders that didn’t lend in my state, a lender that requires a score above 640, a lender that declined me. You can’t talk to them but you can text them problem is if they haven’t got an answer, they don’t respond. They say I f you end up with an offer you don’t like they will refund half the fee. That also isn’t true as they are not responding to my texts to acknowledge that there was no guarantee at all and you need to apply on the lender’s website just as if you didn’t have a guarantee company be behind you. One of those scam rating companies rated them at 75 which is good. When I looked again today it was 100. So that’s a scam too. I threw away $175
