Paypal limited my account for breaking their ‘disclaimer and policy’. I was unlawfully accused of selling contraband which is a completely false claim. When I appealed they send me a link to a message board I’d never even seen or visited. I was told that my appeal was rejected and my account locked permanently. De My wife’s account then was limited permanently because we hold the same address and last name they thought I had opened more than one account! When she appealed and explained neither account was linked to each other Paypal asked her to change her password and verify bank details. She did this and they have still kept the account limited with a new note saying ‘ this limitation can not be appealed.
