They blocked me. PayPal won’t let me transfer my money I haven’t used the account in years it was under my mom’s name. She passed away in Dec last year. De I changed my name and provided proof. Received payment from a customer and they blocked me and won’t let me transfer the money. They won’t help me and are giving me the runaround
