I run an eCommerce store, my PayPal account was denied for receiving payment but withholding my money for more than a year with no customer services. My eCommerce store sells dietary supplements on my website and amazon, when first started I applied to PayPal and was running. Several months into the business, De PayPal sent me an email told me that they would not accept payment for my website because their system thought there were high risks but I could not appeal nor speak to anyone regarding that. This is fine with me, but they have been withholding my money for almost two years now. they have no phone numbers to call, their online chat is a bot and if typed in “live” or “customer services” no matter what time or what day, it will keep saying it’s not their business hours. I just want the money back and be done with PayPal.
