I opened a personal Paypal account as I do not obtain a US bank account, I sent the funds to a family who does. De I request for the funds to be placed in my PayPal account for me to purchase goods online. the funds are being held and they keep asking me to submit a supplier’s invoice for goods I sell online which I do not. I keep explaining to the reps I do not sell and even when my family confirmation on the payment they made to my account they are still holding the funds and. on May 7th I sent 200USD to my family member to lodge to my PayPal to make a purchase online they deducted $11+ for service charge leaving a balance of $188 the funds were cleared as I have emails from Paypal as evidence and I made one purchase of $15. and now they once again place a hold on my funds asking me to submit the same things again now they are holding $170+ from my $200 they took a charge out of. the money may not sound like much but this is unethical.
