PayPal.com — PayPal is trying to steal my money and had limited my account

I had reported a damaged item I received I was told to send it back by the seller I did got a message from PayPal saying waiting for the seller to respond then another message saying being reviewed by PayPal then another saying the seller Ulysses me a refund after a week I log in my PayPal find my account limited prenatally De I asked them why and they keep saying the same thing of how they can’t offer any service and all and they lied about helping me resolve it and they locked my money and after 180 days they want to take away my money and they refuse to respond on FB and Twitter and deleted the screenshot I posted on there Facebook page and they named me from messaging them and posting on their Facebook page
