Paypal requested me to confirm my identity by uploading an ID and proof of address. This is very simple. The problem is that they still put limitations on my account even after changing my current address to match with the documents I provided to them. De I don’t know what to do. I even get a new card with my current location with it and provide them a barangay clearance that shows my name with an address I updated in PayPal. Clearly, this is a discrimination and violation of my rights in this time of the pandemic. I don’t have any reliable source of income but online and I can’t withdraw my funds which is very frustrated.
