After 5 years of good service with PayPal Here, they have locked our account and are holding $146.00 pending more info from us about a very small business we have. My husband and I are retired. We cut palm trees out of wood, paint them and sell them at church craft shows. We use PayPal to accept credit card payments from customers. We make little if any profit. It’s a hobby. We have no tax ID number. No overhead invoices. We use recycled wood and paint. We made $146 at a show last Saturday and out of the blue, De PayPal locked out an account, holding our funds, asking for documents that we don’t have. We explained our business in 4 emails and 2 phone calls. They still have us locked down. We have a 5-year history with PayPal. They know us. We can’t get any assistance to release our little funds and restore our account.
