PayPal.com — Charge me more interest than is required under the contract

I sold several things on eBay. I received money on a PayPal account when I counted they charge me more interest than is required under the contract, the percentage should be 2.9% I counted that they charge me 3.5% I called PayPal and tried to explain to them that they should withdraw 2.9% the only item was sold (amount) + shipping, but the tax that eBay collects should not be included in this amount, which PayPal refused to understand and sent me to eBay. De I called eBay and representatives of eBay confirmed that taxes should not be included as part of the transaction. Example: Amount $379 Shipping $9.90 Tax $30.23 Purchase total $ 419.13 Tax collected by EBAY -$30.23 PP Fee -$12.45 Total $376.45
