I paid for parking $124.49 for event parking while I was on my way to have good parking when we showed up event parking was only $50 we said ok at least we paid we didn’t have specific parking and had to park where ever we could find when we went to leave I looked up my new account and there was no record of my purchase to exit the lot we had to pay again to leave, I made a call to customer service and spoke to Noami she was pretty good but when I asked for a refund since the service was not completed she told me that could not happen and I could have a credit I explained I do not go to events that often and I want a refund because the service was not honered and I shouldn’t have to pay I also asked for the recording of our conversation since she stated it was recorded she would not give that to me and then put me on hold for over half a hour and then again told me there was nothing she could do I asked to speak to someone that could take care of this and I got nowhere with her she then hung up on me I am very irritated and will be calling my bank to report this as fraud on my account I have no problem paying for my services if they are rendered. Refund my money for non produced services and make me pay again no matter if you are a secondary company get your **** together and partner with BS companies
