I have a parcel that was sent to an incorrect store in centurion then on the 25th of May 2023, I called to find out what was happening, on the 12th of June this was then redirected to Capetown, where it was already headed, from the 25th of May until now parcel has not been with the owner, I have been calling and I’m dropped or redirected or told I’ll be called later, EVERY day from different agents why? Total nonsense
