On second of December I sent a parcel to Mexico supposedly to be Christmas presents, via Parcel2Go contract number P2G974220062057423. It seems to be stuck in Mexico City and I don’t know why. It’s not moving and this isn’t good enough. These items are not for resale, they’re gifts. Why are they being held. I don’t know any details of their whereabouts and can’t phone or email so how do I get these items to the recipient?
