I purchased a used car, 2013 from Ozzy’s. The day after I purchased it, the check engine light came on. I called Ozzy and they took the car back and said they would fix it. A week later the car was still not fixed. they kept the car for a total of almost 6 weeks and claimed to have fixed the car. The problem has persisted and when I call they don’t return my calls or take my calls. The car has had several issues since I bought it 7 months ago. Currently the car is broken down in Twin Falls and the mechanic has informed me that it needs a new engine. The cost of the engine is $7000 to $8,000. I still owe $8,600 on the car and cannot afford this kind of repair bill. I will add a timeline of issues I have kept regarding this car: May 2019: Car lost power on the drive to Twin Falls. Had it towed to Ozzy’s. Engine is blown. May 2019. March 2019: Reverse lockout cable replaced (Economy Transmission). March 2019: on the drive to Twin falls -Over heating loss of coolant. February 2019: Coolant system flushed and proper fluid replaced February 2018: Synthetic oil change, I was told the wrong coolant had been added. November 2018: Replaced 4 ignition packs (self). November 2018: Replaced turbo kit (self) October 2018: Replaced 4 ignition packs (by Ozzy’s, allegedly.) September 2018: Purchased car (Ozzy’s). Engine light came on the next day. I called them and they said they’d fix it. For several weeks they took my car and said they’d fixed it. The engine light never stayed off after they returned it. Improper coolant added to car before purchase. I was not told. Car engine light had been coming on. I was not told.
