Out of control

So I live 2 houses behind this location. I am 38 years old and grew up right behind this location. I have been a regular customer here for the last 30 years, but don’t think I will ever go back. The entire staff that is there in the mornings is absolutely rude as ****, esp the mgr, coco. They have absolutely no manners and provide ZERO customer service to your employees. There is nothing but racist black women there in the morning. Not too long ago a roach came out of the coffee machine and into my cup, I was told by the black lady working “then throw it away and don’t drink it, ain’t like you paid for it yet.” Then she picked her cell phone back up and said, “anyways…. back to what I was saying…” The other night when I pulled in to get gas the black lady working, well standing outside smoking a black and mild with her car backed up to the door and music playing was very annoyed she had to come in and take my money for gas. Then as she walked right back out behind me to finish her cigar another car pulled in, this was on a Friday night, and she said “gd folks gonna **** me off tonight coming up in my store.” Now, I just pulled in to get gas at 3 in the afternoon and there is a parking lot w several cars in it, 4 people standing at the front door looking in the window, the doors are locked and one of the lady’s standings there said that the worker had to go to the bathroom and they had been locked out waiting for about 5 mins now. I took pics of this but I don’t think I can attach them to this third-party website I’m having to use to file this complaint. You also have a guy that works graveyard who backs his car up to the front door, sits in it, and smokes weed while he is on the clock. Maybe that’s how ex mart likes to do business now, and that’s fine, I’ll take my business on down the road tho and I’m pretty sure so will many other people from my neighborhood. It’s not my job to tell you how to resolve your problems.
