I ordered a pair of boots 2 months ago. I received an email stating they shipped over 10 days ago. I tried calling customer service multiple times with. I answer. I have been emailed back from email to tell me that they have to wait 15 days to file a claim. I never received a product that paid over $289 for. I want a refund and I want my order cancelled immediately.
