I was fried from my job due to the fact that management is not tooken seriously. I have social anxiety and was foreced to work a register when I know I can do other tasks. I know there was many others that could have worked on the register especially on black Friday. I told the CTL that it wasn’t a good idea for me to work that day knowing how busy it was going to be. I showed up and due to my anxiety, after only a hour of being there I had to walk out. I left my register shaking. After coming back in I told them again, i can’t do this many people. The Store manager Joe responded with Just go ahead and clock out, matter of fact don’t. I went and got my jacket from the break room and left. The same day messaged management asking them to please forgive me and understand that I can’t help the way I am, and to please not fire me. I got no response and went the next day to see the next weeks schedule and to my surprise I was not scheduled a single hour that week. Now at the same time there is a woman that is part of the crew there, and she hasn’t worked a day in almost a month. I know she didn’t work black Friday. However she is still scheduled atleast 5 hours this coming week. They are singling me out and I can’t understand why. I’ve been there on and off 3 times and they were so quick to let me go. I’ve also have had 2 friends pass away in the last month. They know I just got the power and water cut on in my house. But they never asked me if anything was going on wrong at home or anything they we’re just so quick in having me fired. They don’t care about my life much less my feelings. I think the Store manager and the CTL need to be fired for being completely unprofessional. Please do something about them there is more than just that they are doing so much wrong there it needs to be known. I want my job back.
