To whom it my concern, I went to the Ollie’s store in Toms River New Jersey with my grandson to buy a rug . We couldn’t reach the rug we want so I went up front for help .. the man up front must have been a supervisor or manager and he told me he wouldn’t help me or help me to carry it to my car. He said if I wanted to wait there was a boy that is counting money and would help after he was done. I didn’t know why this man wouldn’t help but I said I would wait . 25 minutes later we are still waiting and this man is just standing there talking to another male employee who must have been another supervisor . Neither one of these men would help us. So now the boy finally comes to help and he is having a problem with the heavy rugs and those two men refused to help and my 17 year old grandson helped him. I was a store manager for years and never saw an employee come out and say they won’t help you . There weren’t any customers I. The store and maybe the workers should be nice to the ones that are. I was I. There January 26th. I like the store but not sure I’ll go back. Also on that same night I received a coupon for 15 percent and when I looked it said it was for valentine but it expired Feb 12th 2022. That was also unusual. I just wanted to let you know how bad the customer service was and how we were treated. I also want a coupon that’s good not expired
