I ordered 2 speakers from nykaa on 7 th of September 2021 (order number-NYK-. I received my order on 10th September and when it was opened it contained only one speaker and in the rest of the box there were pieces of cardboard. I immediately complained to the nykaa support team and shared pictures of the received parcel. They requested 72 hours for the resolution. I then called them on Saturday they told that the team is working on it and a solution will be provided soon. I then again called them on Monday and told them that 72 hrs are over I did not receive any resolution to my complaint. They told me the team is working on it and soon. They will come up with some solution. They refused to give me any time limit and when I insisted they again requested 72 hrs. I requested them back that please now within this time resolve this issue. Then again when I called them today the repeated the se reply that their team is working on it and they will soon provide me with the solution. Without any time limit. I asked them to make me talk to their higher executive. She transferred my call and after listening to me and taking some time to check the details he told me that they had dispatched all the correct products mentioned in the order and there is nothing he can do. I am also attaching the photographs of the parcel that I received. This is a fraud and i request you to help me in getting back my hard earned money. Regards Jagdeep Bajaj.
