I ordered 48 mini cakes for a shower. When I got home and opened two of the boxes, they were ruined and toppled over. The 24 that were ruined were in shorter boxes. When I called the manager to ask for replacement or refund, she said that they can topple over during transport. I replied that since the cake boxes were taped shut I did not know if they were actually intact to begin with. When I asked her name to file a complaint she said that was not necessary. That was the end of the conversation.
