we were given a larger room and a large balcony that is what we got we had no spa we had a small bathroom with not a lot of room. We were told we would get toiletry we had no shower gel for the whole week we were there nor any shampoo We did have a butler who we must say did bring us afternoon tea and a cake on my birthday. We did have many problems in trying to get into our room as we were given a key for other people we did waste three days trying to get priority. the company should refund the amount charged for the upgrade
