I have used Nord for several years with no complaints until 2022. They released a upgraded version to their software. Might have been in Jan 2022 . I tried to connect with no results . I have Microsoft license to troubleshoot Microsoft Windows products. I have the diagnostic software proprietary to Windows. The problem is not my computer or my set up with Nord. Its on their coding on their end. I have gotten nowhere with these people. I cancelled my subscription in April 2022. On October 15 2022 Nord hit me for another 99.00 on my credit card. No way to contact Nord other than e mail..no chat available on my end. I am opening a investigation through my card company but good luck with that one.. Once they (Nord) get you on auto pay you will never get rid of them. My Nord settings list my account as inactive. Refund 99.00 to my credit card…
