NordVPN — Charged twice on credit card more than the amount as agreed in plan

they have not acknowledged it even though i have enplaned in detail to them that they have charged me twice on my credit card and more than it should have been .My plan was for standard plan .With country showing Au Dollars .But this is there reply to me.

Please note that we do not display pricing in all currencies that we currently process payments with. The default currencies on our website are: USD, EUR, GBP, BRL, JPY, INR, CHF, PLN, and KRW. For some particular countries (e.g. Canada or Australia), the price is shown in USD, however, the charge itself is set for the local dollar currency to avoid any conversion-related fees. Thus, a disclaimer on the checkout page states which currency you will be charged in above the Continue button.

Refund my money and charge the correct amount and to say they made a mistake .as Facebook and Google are my next complaint avenues plus transaction canceled on credit card and close my account .And will go back to Astrill vpn. I have screen shot this page
