In Aug. or Sept. I made a complaint about no getting the 14 pounder when I ordered a meal. I got the fries, and drink but NO 14 pounder. I was told someone would contact me. Well its been months now and no call from anyone. You really don’t care about people. Then today I went to one of your sites, and it wants me to pay a $1.00 to file the complaint. WTF. And I see at the bottom you want proof. Thanks for the trust in your customers. They probably won’t do anything anyway.
