They advertised a deal, which said 9 left in stock, accepted payment, and then they cancelled my order and will not issue refund. Ordered a new system after my 3 month old night owl unit crapped out. They advertised a deal for a system. When I went to purchase, says they have 9 left in stock, so I ordered. Nearly a week later, I get an email that says they are actually out of stock and they have cancelled order. Upon inquiry to the refund, they say it’s not available. I’d like my refund please, or the product that was advertised.
